CheckMota provides vehicle history reports based on information obtained from third-party vehicle data providers and public sources.

No Guarantee of Completeness

Vehicle history reports depend on information available from third-party sources.

CheckMota does not guarantee that any report is complete, current, error-free, or contains every historical event relating to a vehicle.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Use the service lawfully.
• Not misuse, copy, resell, or redistribute reports without authorization.

Vehicle Data Sources

Vehicle history information is obtained from third-party data providers and partners, including EpicVIN.

CheckMota does not independently verify every record contained within a report.

Refunds

Vehicle history reports are digital products delivered electronically.

• Refunds may be provided when a report cannot be generated or delivered due to a technical failure.
• Duplicate payments are eligible for refunds.
• Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, refunds are generally not available.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Disputes

Customers should contact support@checkmota.com before initiating a payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns promptly.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software, and materials remain the property of CheckMota or its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckMota shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant report.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Updated terms become effective upon publication on this page.
